About Me

 

Who is Michael Allan?  I'm just a guy who loves to tell a great story...your story.  As the saying goes, "I can show you better than I can tell you." 

 

Growing up, I was always the person taking pictures at every event.  It didn't matter what the event was, as long as there were people present, there was always something to shoot.  It was my niche to take photos at events and give them to friends and family as gifts.  I didn't do this because I thought my photos were the greatest.  I did it as a gesture to share special moments that were felt at the time but could later be seen and relived again and again like all great stories. 

 

​It wasn't until I met my wife, I realized I had a talent that I could market and share with others for real.  She bought me my first professional camera and urged me to turn my passionate hobby into a business.  From there we created Michael Allan Photography.  My philosophy as a PHOTOGRAPHER is to capture your moments and tell a great story starring you.  The final product will be a gift for you to cherish or share with others for years to come.
